Dang!! This is the first I heard of. Well I kinda knew they were up to something like this. The country might be a small island nation, but lets not leave out the the kingdom of Tonga. I remember sometime in the past that they launched a satellite for 'their' communications, and now the Independent State of Samoa having been number 11 in the world for most secretive countries financially. OK, that's kinda far fetched. Have you been to Samoa? Never mind American Samoa. The country just spew out being "Tight!"..
Maybe American Samoa would take a small excert from Samoas' financial pages, maybe we could be in alot better place. Just my 2 cents....
