New ATM Machine for Amerika Samoa?!

Now here is a not so new thing in American Samoa. cash shortages. Well American Samoa has been short on cash for a long time. Not only that there are also shortages on Banks. The only bank on the island is the ANZ bank. There were 2 banks, Bank of Hawaii and ANZ, Now there is one. You wonder how the locals get their cash on island? They don't! Well hopefully this will help the cash problems on island.
Speaking about cash, the actual greenbacks, there are no cash flowing back to the federal reserves. If you have just one bank, how and where are those new cash machines getting theirs? Would it not be easier if we started to do crypto currencies on island. Like Bitcoin, Doge Coin and many lot of other types of coins. The infrastructure is there and this would be an added incentive to bring our local economy to the future.
